Ukraine cannot afford to abandon nuclear energy because that would lead to a significant drop in industrial production and affect people's lives, a Ukrainian expert said Monday."Under any circumstances, Ukraine cannot afford to interrupt the work of these effective and high-tech (nuclear) energy industries," Boris Paton tiffany, president of Ukraine's National Academy of Sciences, said in response to the recent nuclear tragedy in Japan.Meanwhile wholesale jerseys, Paton said Kiev needs to upgrade its nuclear technologies."We must take steps to improve the operational safety of nuclear reactors.
