How /exactly/ does SQL server handle distributed database functions like deadlock and fragmentation. By that I mean what does the DBMS do to keep these things from slowing down the system.Also, I was curious as to weather anyone knew any information about Microsoft SQL Server Windows CE. What exactly is it in comparsion to regular ol' SQL Server.
