Default New to VW's here 2002 cabrio

I'm not new to Greman cars. I own a 99 BMW Z3M coupe, 09 Mini Cooper S and 2018 BMW X1. We just added a 2002 VW cabrio to the stable and she needs TLC from a 1 owner that neglected to fix what was needed. The cabby is a 5 SPDR with 100,000 Miles. I'm in the process of changing out the the rotors with Zimmerman's and pads with Akebono euro's. Valve cover gasket, shift shaft seal, rear bilsten b4 shocks, power steering flush, intake gaskets, oil pan gasket, antenna grommet and antenna, New leather shifter boot and ebrake boot. Has a new convertible top, so that's a plus...
