New Guy - new to VW/BUGS
Hi,
I don't know anything about VW or Bugs. I do know the Bugs are cool and German Cars are good. My back ground is with Pontiac restoration and drag racing. I have a 1963 Lemans, 1968 GTO, 1979 TransAm... and more.
We got a 1970 Bug for my girlfriends daughter. It's a project... that's for sure. I'll need to find a lot of parts and a motor. I have a motor that was tore apart that I was considering rebuilding... but I think at this point a used running motor would be the way to go. Attached is a picture of the "project".
