New Guy Looking For GTI Recoomendations

New to the forum. Looking a purchasing a GTI with a manual transmission. Besides a brand new one what are the forum members recommendations about the best bang for the buck? I live in Saint Louis. I'm sure certain years are better than others. Thank you for your time. Fred.

You can add Saint Louis in your location it saves users asking. I can't tell you much about buying a Golf GTI as I'm a TDI man.
