Default New First VW

Hello all, my name is Mark. I just purchased a 1986 VW Golf. It has a lot of aftermarket parts. Some of them are strictly foreign front bumper, zender side skirts, eibach lowering springs, strut bars, ABD big bore intake system, full catback borla exhaust system, aftermarket cams, racing wheels, and a euro sport short shifter.

I'm adding some pictures.

Thanks

Default RE: New First VW

Hi Mark! Just saw your car. It seems that you like it a lot. I know what you feel. This Volks is extremely solid and steady on the road, the top speed i have taken this car to is 109mph and even at this speed this car is made me feel safe and in control. The main problems with it were cosmetic and electrical, another downside is that the interior fascial panel occasionally rattles, which common problem i am told in these cars. I have this Volkswagen rabbit thermostat which is one of the most essential parts that are used to cycle the clutch in controlling the rate of the refrigerant flow in order to control the temperature effectively. Well, the thermostat allows first the engine to warm up.
