Hi I'm new to the site and my 05 jetta gli or so I think its a 2004.5 mk4 in other terms.
I have a couple newbie questions you might be able to answer.
1. My bbs 18" 16 spoke rims don't have the center caps and I notice they are like 60+ each which is quite expensive does anyone have an alternative or some idea?
2. My car has a knock to the engine when it idles sounds like lifters, when i put on a load or rev just a little it goes a way.. is that because the oil is old? My car is dying? I ask because I just got the car 2 weeks ago and it had a clean car fax and other than that I Love it. I was thinking about changing my oil and adding like Lucas oil additive do you think that would help? I'm just scared this is bad and it won't last me much longer and it only has 103k miles on it. But its smooth as ever ..any input would be much appreciated
