Just picked up a 92 GTI 2.0 L 16V Florida car. Fondmetal rims BorIa cat back system Recaro seats. Car in great shape, im getting rid of the blue racing stripes the previouse owner had. The guy also cut a hole right in the middle of the hood so i picked a new one up for $80 just gotta get around to painting it and installing it.

Im trying to get some little upgrades just to make it quicker nothing to big. Let me know if you guys got any tips for me.

The purpose of the hole was because he had a hood scoop, but since it didnt do anything and it was ust for show I'd rather glue the scoop right to the hood instead of waiting for rust to come back around the hole. Any one know where I can pick up some bent tubing to build a custom air intake?

 

home depot or lowes, i built mine for about 7 bucks

 

Home depot have it too or if you can, you can make one yourself. But i got my volkswagen cold air intake online.
