Hey, I am new to this forum, but have been a VW owner for years. I have a 1963 beetle and have had it since 1969. I also recently bought a 2006 New Beetle convertible and this is where my question is from. It only has about 20,000 miles and we had a rear quarter window spontaneously shatter. We then had a the new window shatter in the hands of the repairman. I wonder if anyone else has had problems with these new beetle convertible windows? As far as I know the car has never had any accidents or damage as the seller/dealer stated the VIN was clean and the car even came with some original warranty.
