2012 Jetta gasoline 2.0 W/S washer doesn't work

2012 Jetta gasoline 2.0 W/S washer doesn't work
I am new to the VW world. My 2012 Jetta's windshield washer doesn't work. The wipers work but when I pull the washer toggle… nothing, no wiping no fluid. Is it the fuse or a relay? If it's one of those, does anyone have a schematic?

Fuse/relay layouts are very hard to find the handbook says:

they should still produce a fuse/relay layout that's known at the time. I went to my dealer for a printout of the fuse layout and they didn't have one or produce one even more BS.
There is a fuse and a relay but the relay generally covers both the wipers and washers.
Does the washer reservoir hold water?
Just check all fuses.

This is because the vehicle is under constant development, because fuses are assigned differently depending on the equipment level and because several consumers may use a single fuse. You can get more information about the fuse layout from a Volkswgen dealership.
