2000 Jetta a/c and heat problems

2000 Jetta a/c and heat problems
I have a 2000 jetta 2.0. I have replaced the a/c compressor,drier and recharged the system. It will not blow cold nor will it blow hot when the temperature is switched. Any help would be appreciated. I have already checked the blend doors and the cables on the controls

Welcome to the forum. 
Its nice to see you made an intro on your own.
You need to get your motor scanned (preferably with VAG-COM\VCDS) for any error codes logged in the ecu and post them, that will save a lot of guessing and check systems out.
