I just bought some aftermarket seats, and when I was looking at the sliders on the originals, i noticed that they are built into the frame, and instead of being on the floor, they are on the sides. I've got two questions with this: 1.How do I remove the original seats?
2. And is there a good location to mount the new ones?

if it matters my car is a '96 GTi 2.0
