Default Neuspeed P Flow intake

This is a 2 part question.

1. Will the P-flow increase my highway gas mileage?

2. I was told to get the Tornado Fuel Saver, but the reviews I read all said nothing happnes. But what I want to know is if the Tornado works when used with a P-flow or any non-stock intake systems.

Thanks in advance for the responses.

Im pretty sure those tornado things are crap, no first hand experience only what i've heard but if they did work im sure a lot more people would buy them and they would have amazing reviews.
As for the P-flow... not real sure, i get a little better with a k&n and 3inch intake piping so i imagine you would not to say it'll be unbelievable results though
