Default cool air intake 1994 vr6 jetta

Any recommendations on cool air intakes for a 1994 jettaIII glx vr6?, only want intake with heat shield applications

Also, any recommendations on exhaust?, magnaflow? neuspeed?

for intake i bought a AEM cold Air intake for a 99 and on vw and lust cut it at the bend and it fits right where the old air filter would. you just need to plug up the lower hose with something...i used my old air filter and just cut a piece out of it and clamped it on..seems to work just fine..great sound

i have an aem intake love it great sound works well.....dont go cheap on anything better to pay a little more and do it right the first time....as for intake i have milltek....my girlfriend has bolra exhaust its not all that loud or not as loud as mine but sounds real nice when you get on it

magnaflow.....the one i have isnt loud when its idleing...but will turn heads when you take off.....its also not ricey at all
