hi .. i got a 99 jetta and it's having a turn signal problem. When ever i click it to turn left both the turn signals blinks on. However when i click it to turn right, it's normal (only the right turn signal blinks). i have replaced the hazard/turn signal switch on the steering column and it still does the same thing. i replaced all the light bulbs as well. Anyone have any ideas? Help please.. thanks!

it's a 99 jetta 4cylinder 2.0 (older body style)
