Power wash problem code po722

Just got a 02 Jetta...power washed the motor and now have shifting issue. Showing code po722...any help?

Check the connector that goes to the speed sensor (it should be on top of the transmission, around the trans. cooler). Since you washed, it might of unplugged itself. but if not, then it could be a bad speed sensor.
