Default Oil Extractor Pump

Is anybody here using an oil extractor pump?

one like this, for example: http://www.pelaproducts.com/
You put a hose down the dipstick hole and you pump it a couple of times and the oil gets sucked right out of the engine. From what I heard it's very effective and easy to use!

I live in Lexington, KY and I've been looking all over for this thing but I cannot seem to find it. I know I could order it online but I'd prefer to look at it and check it out before I buy it.

It makes changing the oil a lot easier and from what I heard it actually gets out more oil than the draining method.
Why do you ask?
