OBD II Info
Our 2003 Passat turbo was stolen. It was recovered about a month later. Insurance co. wants us to "take it back". Seems to run all right. Can the OBDII info provide information as to the maximum engine RPM, maximum car speed, or any other info that might indicated that it was abused.
