I just bought my beetle. It's a 68. The previous owner had it sitting a lot. I know i already need to fix the back brakes and an oil leak. But now i cannot get it to crank. I don't think it is the ignition switch because it engages and attempts to turn. It seems like it's the battery, which is old. What is the best battery to buy for my bug? Also, any tips on getting to know my bug (novice when it comes to engines and such.) and things i should do/check to ensure it is running great and safe. thanks!
