I was wondering if you had any idea on how I can make my 04 Gti 1.8 turbo faster I have already made modifications to increase performance such as, cool air intake, A custom mapping so the turbo is putting out 17 psi, new exhaust system with waste gate, new stiff suspension, lighter and wider rims rapped in khumos. It is lowered and settled at about 2 1/2 in the front and 2 in back. I made a few esthetic changes like the grill, lights and window tint. It weighs about 1800 pounds and has a little over 200 HP at the moment. Any Ideas?

ok i have 2007 VW Golf (rabbit) i leased it for a 4 year contract!

i have had the car for 7 months now!

i really want the 2007 VW GTI, is there a way i can trade in the Golf for the 2007 GTi or a used 2006 GTI, i mean i know i can but can anyone guess how much it will cost me?
please help me, i have spend to much money on the Golf to make it as fast as a GTI but it will save me alot more money to just get the GTI becuase it already has everything i need!

i dont need any options just a plain GTI 2006 or 2007!

do you think its possible to tradethe Golf in and continue my Lease on the GTI?

 

What mods do i need to make my 01 gti 1.8t to have it run at least 14sec in 1/4 mile?

You can run low 14s easily with an ECU reflash and some decent tires. Back in 2003, My 02 GTI with a chip, 2.5" exhaust and Falken Azenis Sports ran a 14.1 @ 99 MPH. A few individuals have run 12 second quarter miles in stock turbo 1.8Ts.
