i got a 91 passat needs a head stripped the timming belt and smacked up all the intake valves.

any way i'm looking for either a head or a whole motor. a guy i work with his uncle has a 99 ish audi A4 quattro witha turbo 1.8.
these motors look very similer do they share teh same block?
would it be possible totake the motor or at the very least the head and bolt it in my car / on my motor?
will the tranny even bolt up?
any help would be awsome

do you need a whole motor? I have one for ya 1.8l . It is not throttle body FI its multiport. If you are intersted i'll let ya have it real cheap.
