i took a risk and bought a broken deck off of ebay for really cheap, its the monsoon deck with cd/cassette for the new models...well the deck works fine, but when you turn the bass all the way up the deck shuts off, not really shuts off but just freezeswhich is the same problem the guy was having so it has nothing to do with anything but the deck...my dad can probably fix it but im just trying to see if anyone knows what i should look for and what might be wrong so things can go faster, alright thanks

 

dont turn the bass all the way up, it will distort any way

 

Ditch the monsoon and get an aftermarket deck that actually makes good power. You can get one for less than $200 with all the parts to make it fit
