fuel cap 1.8T fixed penalty fine
Hi,
Just been stopped & received a £30 fixed penalty fine for having an insecure filler cap after having left garage!
The law relates to fuel spillage.
Does my car have any sort of anti spill device that would mean that it will not leak?
I guess that would be my only defense if I took it further....apart from the fact the traffic cop was annoyed about his day.
