Default brake system

I own a Mk3 GTI, but I have a question about brakes on my dad's 2001 Nissan Quest. In July, we realized that one of our rotors was warped, so we ordered new Bosch Ceramic pads and Brembo rotors. We installed them, and in September noticed that after you drive about 10-15 miles, the right side starts to make a grinding sound and pulsates the pedal. We decided to do something about it today because I replaced the pads on my car, so we went to PepBoys and asked a guy there. He told us to use a special "Brake Grease" on the caliper pins and that should solve the problem. We lubed up the pins and I took it for a spin. I got onto a few backroads near my house and opened it up (even though it is a minivan). I got up to about 85 then gradually pushed harder on the pedal until the car stopped. There was no noise. I then drove about 10 miles to a major highway. As soon as I stopped at the highway, it started making the grinding sound and the pulsations were exactly the same. Does anyone know what is wrong with this stupid van? It was a commuter car until April 04, and had 84k miles on it when we did the brake job. Right now, it has 88700 miles on it. I am thinking that he is having caliper problems, but he doesn't want to buy them unless he has to. Thanks.
