Default 97 jetta wont start......

[:@]ok i got in a car crash with my 97 jetta. i hit a tree right in the middle of my car. dont ask how it happened it just did. air bags went off and im trying to fix it myself. the only thing is, is that it wont start. i put a new radiator in and it still wont start. soo would there be anything else preventing me from starting my car. could it be the fuel pump. does that have a shut off valve. anyone have an idea of how to start this baby up.

also my seat belts locked in the crash is there anything i can do to by pass buying new ones. or do i have to buy new ones. please help me i neeed advise quick.

My best advice is to trade it in for whatever you can get. Let the dealer deal with it. Otherwise, make sure there's spark, fuel getting in, electrical is good, all other fluids are okay. Diagnose step by step.
