my sis has no head lights unless you pull back on the high beam arm for flashing people..

tested light bulbs out of the car and they are fine suspect parking brake switch or loose wiring to head light switch any ideas or a decent wiring diagram would be great

If they work when you pull back on the leaver then
the bulbs and wireing will be good. Sounds like the relay
that changes from dim to bright isn't working.
