I purchased an 87 Cabriolet. Gas had sat in the tank for 9 yrs. A nasty mess for all rubber fuel items. Finally got fuel to the distributor. How does the fuel distributor work? How do the fuel injectors work, or more specifically how does the fuel injector know when to inject the fuel?
