So I just purchased a 2010 Volkswagen Jetta Wolfsburg edition, and I plan on getting some new rims in a year or two; and I want to keep my mind open to ideas, because I think my car would look SICK with some black racing wheels and I'm not a guy who wants large rims, just something that looks good, and I think 18 inches are just wayy too small for me. I really want some 20 inch rims, and I was wondering if they would fit without any rubbing of the wheel well or anything..?

Just like 4th gen seats, the wheels can not be used on thirdgens.Instead of going the spacer route did you ever think about doing it correctly and just buying wheels that fit the car?

 

I have an 85 Iroc and i want to go with some 17 inch wheels. What size do the 17s need to be. ie. 17x7,17x8. Would i need to do serious work to the axle to get them to fit cause if that is the case i wont bother. Does anyone have pics of any types of 17s on an Iroc.Much appriciated thanks

 

Thanks, Uploack09 I'm thinking about going BBS or HRE with the CORRECT offset. At first I thought 20's would look correct, not too small, not too big, but I saw '05 jetta with 20's, and it looked terrible. I'm going for possible 17's or 18's.
