Default 1990 jetta will not turn over

1990 jetta gl will not turn over once the outside temp. is above 60 degrees and the engine has warmed up. Once the car sits for about 20 minutes the starter will spin as normal. What is heating up in the circuit causing this to happen? Is there a relay associated with the starting system that may be causing the problem? Not sure where else to look. Any help welcomed! thanks Dave

It seems that many people have the No-spin starter problem, but as of yet no one has come forward to say how the problem was corrected. I will have to find another forum that is a bit more inclined to try to repair problem areas. Regards
