2002 Cabrio ODB II Connector

2002 Cabrio ODB II Connector
I need to locate the ODB II connector on my 2002 Cabrio. I think it is in the dash board near the ashtray but I don't see an obvious way to remove a cover to access it. Any advice would be helpful. Thanks in advance!
