Where can I find Tires for an 88' VW Vanagon?

Where can I find Tires for an 88' VW Vanagon?
My van is in need of tires sized: 185 R14 C or D I've looked on Tire rack and called few local places but it appears these are rare. Can anyone recommend any other sources or a comparable sized tire?
