wait time between posts

it is kind of annoying that you have to wait to post. i mean like i post a reply, then i go some where else and try to post there i cant cause i didnt wait like 60 seconds or somthing. can you get rid of that?

It's like that because this board was spammed awhile back. I've lessened the time, how's that work out for you?
