So, I'm not very mechanically savvy, but my car overheated this morning...it's never done that before. It spewed antifreeze all over the drivethru line and started making horrible grinding noises.

Last night, my brakes felt spongy and it wouldn't stop on a dime.

My car is falling apart. Please give me some advice on what I should start looking at replacing.

Any help would be appriciated.

I know that the car is running lean right now. I think the maf sensor is going, would that have anything to do with this?
