Burn Hole in Upholstery

.
I leased my Jetta a week ago and over the weekend a friend was looking at the interior . . . . I didn't know he had a lit cigarette in his hand and he knocked the end of the cigarette off and burned a hole in my driver's seat. [sm=icon_flaming.gif] The hole is just less than a 1/4" around.

Can the dealer (or someone!) repair this so it can't be seen or do I need to have the seat cover replaced? Of course he's going to pay for it. Any idea how much it would cost to repair or replace the seat cover?
