99 jetta wolfsberg edition help
 

i recently changed the spark plugs and wires on my 99 jetta 2.0. now when im driving at highway speeds it seems like the gas pedel gets stuck i push the clutch in and the car revs from 2000 to 3000 rpms up and down. any help with this would be greatfull!!
