LT28 2002 van 15" wheel rims

Hi everyone

I've got a 2002 LT28 van with standard 5 stud 15 inch wheel rims

Does anyone know where I'd find the size specification code to get a replacement spare wheel please, or does anyone know the size specification code for these?
