Engine Fan
 

I've done some searching on the forums, and couldn't find an exact similar issue, so here it goes..

My Treg is an early model 04. No serious problems so far....but i did notice something strange today.

The Engine fan seems to have only one speed...High. It sounds like a jet is taking off. And the fan runs all the time at this high and LOUD speed. What is strange, is that i live in Winnipeg, and its -15C outside right now. There isn't a need for the fan to be on full bore. The fan runs on high, right from startup.

I know that this sounds similar to the coolant temp sensor issue, but what is different about my issue, is that the engine fan turns off right away when the car is shut down.

Anyone else run into this?
