2009 Touareg TDI - Plagued with Problems

We have a 2009 Touareg TDI. Absolutely love the looks and the feel of the diesel engine. Too many trips to dealership with electrical issues - forced to contact VW customer service directly. Interesting response!!!!! As a customer I will not disclose as I have written a second request - I am a believer is giving a second chance!!!

How come your sorting out problems on a 2009 motor did you have an extended warranty?

I hope you have more luck with VW customer services than I did.
