Trailer hitch for Tiguan

Can anyone help me with letting me know how to finish the electrical part of installing my trailer hitch. I have a 2010 Tiguan, the actual hitch was easy (4 bolts) but I am not too sure what to do with the wiring cluster tucked up under the bumper.
