2025 VW Tiguan "Hybrid System not working" ERROR

Has anyone got a VW Tiguan plug in 2025, I had mine for 5 weeks and got this error. Had to get the car recovered and taken to a dealership. That was 6 weeks ago! The solution is a software update from VW, however the timescale for this coming keeps being moved. Currently being informed end of Q3 (September)

The dealership have call today and said that I can come and collect the vehicle today however there are some precaution I am going to need to do as a temporary solution of when I get the notification the car is charged i need to remove the charger within 10-15 minutes or it will go into a sleep mode and will not work. This is really impractical to manage when at work etc

They cannot answer the question can I just use the fuel! Not happy with this temporary solution and no confirmation that the error could come back.

Is anyone else having this issue?
