got a new Tiguan, now has about 7K on the clock... never left the lights on, drained the battery or anything similar, but suddenly noticed the yellow airbag light was lit. further inspection turned up *Airbag Error* msg.

anyone have the same thing happen? think this is a simple reset of the codes or a jerked wire under the driver seat? is there a weight or other type of sensor unit beneath the driver seat?

seems it should be a warranty issue, just dropped the car off at the dealership, so should know soon any way...
