'14 Tiguan 2.0 TSI noise coming from what?
 

Greetings gentle people.
I have this 2014 Tiguan 2.0 TSI with 106k on it. Never abused and well taken care of. After a long trip of about 2500 km, I started hearing a slight rattling noise, from under the hood, could not pin point exactly where from. Took it to a dealership and mechanic said is water pump. Replaced the water pump with a new one, noise still there ,seems irregular at times and once engine running for awhile it seems it drops a bit. Did a scan (please see attached) and I see some faults but can't tell if I have an issue and how to approach it. Your advice is more than welcomed. Thanks!

Here is a audio clip with the noise. It has a deeper tone than the engine noise and almost looks like a rattling inside of a box.
