Throttle Problem make me headache
 

My VW polo 2011 model shows the following errors:
P022100
P063800
P210100
P156400
What I already did to my car
(1) replacing Throttle body from a good car, reset and test
(2) checked wire harness, measure voltage and reconnect
(3) Remove ECU, clean it with circuit board cleaner
(4) Replace gas paddle from a good car, reset and test
(5) charge battery overnight and test

but still showing throttle errors below.

I'm totally lost. What should I do?
