Polo tsi 1.2 airconditioning problem
Hello all
I'm the owner of a 2012 VW Polo TSI with the 1.2L engine in Malaysia (equatorial hot). I have about 45000 km mileage. The car runs fine after starting, but in when very hot the air conditioner stops working. Taking the car to VW service has not solved the problem even after changing the compressor, and recharging the freon. As I drive to work, it will randomly stop working but the stoppage frequency is increasing. I drove about 300km, and 1/4 of the journey it was without airconditioning. It started about a year ago, my airconditioning wasnt working and when I turned off and then start the engine again, my engine stalled and I had to start it with a jump start.
If it's not either the compressor or the freon, what do you guys think could be the potential problem.
The local VW branch do not know what's wrong with it. I've also sent to the one in the capital city and they cant seem to solve it either.

Welcome to the forum.
Well I'm sure this VW service have the latest VW diagnostic equipment. I would test the system components with VCDS.
