Default Brake Failure

Hello Sir/Madam,

I buy new Vehicle in 27/12/2019 today start driving my vehicle brakes are not working .Finally i stop my vehicle with out accident through Hand brake ,thanks to God.After i open i check the engine side observed one cable was cut ,and i came to Vacuum cable cut . It was quit surprise to me and i found the cable was routed in bad manner .I am sure it may create stress in the joint and get damage .The cable damage photos attached below .

After i inform to VV road site support team and they organize for Vehicle to pick my Car .I want to know why it was happen and i dont have any sensor trigger in my dash board.I buy this car only safety aspects ,but now it was ?????. Please look on this and need answer

Check and replace all vacuum pipes.

You need to get your motor scanned (preferably with VAG-COM\VCDS) for any error codes logged in the ecu and post them, that will save a lot of guessing and check systems out.
