Slight grating sound when turning right ,at speed
 

Driving back from Florida yesterday i noticed a slight grating sound when turning right at highway speeds ( 75 -85 mph). I noticed it particularly when driving through the mountains in West Virginia .

Any ideas what it might be ? The car is very quiet (no radio on) and I am sensitive to road noises etc.
