In my 2008 Passat TDI 2.0 it sounds like the cops are following me, there is a siren sound. From researching it seems like a common issue with the turbo. A turbo valve
How hard can it be do replace a worn valve? Has anyone attempted it?

This is for a Golf or Jetta but there may be somethings that are the same.

Turbo removal turbo replacement on ALH engine, BEW engine similar
