Vibration

I have a 1998 Volkswagen Passat 1.8T , when i start my car and put it in Drive ( and push the brake)the steering wheel vibrates really bad. i replaced the 2 motor mounts, the "rubber ball" on the front and both transmission mounts. and i still have the same vibrations. it doesn’t vibrate when I’m in park. i also replaced both drive shaft recently but i don’t think that has anything to do with it.
I also heard that something like this could come from the turbo, but i have no idea.
I don’t know what to do and would appreciate any help i can get
thanks

If you start the car, in park, does it virbrate? When you put it in gear and not go anywhere does it vibrate? Manual or automatic?

In Park it does vibrate but just a little bit, when i put it on gear and not go anywhere the whole car vibrates, especially the steering wheel
