I am new to the whole volswagen scene so I feel totally lost. I am needed to get a new car and i found a Volkswagen passat 95 vr6 141000 miles on it the body and interior are clean and i was wondering if anyone had any input as far as pricing. Is this a good price? if not where woud you start out offering on the price. kbb puts the car at 3300 and the lady i would be buying it from is asking 2800.

 

A better idea is go to your bank, and ask them what the car will finance for, that will tell you what the car might be worth.
