Servo liquid question

Servo liquid question
Hello all, i am new at this site and new with cars. I have bought my first car, a VW Passat 1.9 TDI stc. and i have a question most of you will probably laugh at! 
My steering wheel is making squeky noises and i was told to put on servo fluid.. now, i don't know jack about servo fluid and i have been trying all day to find out where it goes (i have no manual, yet).
Could anyone be so kind to point out on my photo, where to fill up servo fluid?
EDIT: My english may have been off, it could be Hydrolic fluid!
